Awesome Chinglish

This is a Chinese hair care product Peichi has in the shower.  It has been in our shower forever, and I am unsure if she actually uses it.  She should because it will make her a “tutelar hair god.”

In case you can’t read this, it says, “Big break for hair care, tutelar god for mascara & curl.  it make hair color bright fix he hair color and keep the moisture.  For Dry HAIR COSMETICS”

I don’t know what “tutelar” means, why it is a god, or why it ends in such powerful caps.
