Peichi’s Mailbag
Posted on April 16th, 2009 2 comments
Peichi has a hobby of signing up for things online to be sent to her in the mail. This is a really good thing. She gets free samples of things that are just breaking into the market. She gets coupons that save us hundreds of dollars. Some people go shopping and come home over a hundred dollars poorer. Peichi often comes home with tons of stuff, and having spent nothing. I don’t get it. She promises she isn’t stealing.Sometimes, though, she ends up getting more than she bargained for. When the mail came today she excitedly informed me that she had signed up for new boxers to sleep in. She opened them and showed them to me.
Apparently, she didn’t read the fine print about the “super-absorbent lining,” or the “total nighttime protection against those late-night accidents.” She is still not sure if she is going to wear them
In case you’re wondering, she is reading this, and thinks it is as funny as I do. This is why I married her.

Hilarious! I love that about Peichi! She’s also always on the lookout for things that someone else may need or want and didn’t even know it (like my matching kitchen utensils!). I love her so much.

Yes, I am amazed at her shopping savvy. In many ways she is the embodiment of the Proverbs 31 woman. She came home last night with a vibrating face cleaner that she got for less than a buck.
